Party times for standard parties Tuesday 4pm while 6pm. Wednesday 4pm while 6pm. Friday 4pm while 6pm. Saturday 10am while 12pm. Saturday 1:30pm whiile 3:30pm. Sunday 10am while 12pm. Saturday 1:30pm while 3:30pm.

is skate hire included?
Skate hire is included in all our party packages for the children attending the party, any parents wanting to skate with the party will be charged £5 to skate and for skate hire.
Can i bring a cake?
A birthday cake is always welcome. We love seeing the different designs. we do not welcome any other food not purchased from the arena as this is included in the party.
If there are any allergies please make us aware. we can cater for some allergies however we are okay with that child bringing there own food if needed.
CAN WE DECORATE?
You are more than welcome to bring your own decorations to put in the designated party room.
If decorations are dropped off the day before the party we are more than happy to have the room set up for your party before you and your guests arrive.
what is included in the party bags?
Our party bags include different sweets for your child to enjoy and a variety of toys.
What does the party host do?
Your party host will welcome you and your party into the arena and guide you to your designated party room. Your party host will offer party games for the children. The party host will bring the party up stairs for food and make sure the catering needs are taken care of. The host will bring the cake up to the happy birthday song and our staff will help serve the cake.
is there a minimum number for bookings?
There is a minimum booking for our parties. For the standard party it is a minimum of 12 children and for our teen party a minimum of 8 children. Extra children can be added to the party at a later date however only an extra 1-3.
please arrive on time for your party or hire. we have purposely set the start time of your party to make sure you get the most out of your party. the party room will be available to access to parents once all the party or hire has arrived.

Party t&cs
Please note the following Party T’s & C’s
• Children aged 6 – 13 require a parent or guardian on-site.
• Children aged 14+ do not require supervision in the building
• We require a minimum of guests per package including the birthday child. Payment for the minimum number of guests is required upon booking, even if all guests do not attend.
• If you require any additional guests to be at the party, we will need to be informed at least 2 days before the party. No additional guests will be allowed to be added to the party on the day.
• On the day of your party, any guests that fail to attend will not be entitled to a refund. However, another guest can fill this space and will receive the full party package.
• We require confirmation of any allergies and special dietary requirements 4 days before your party with us.
• Other than a birthday cake only food and drink purchased at Bench Buddy Arena may be consumed on the premises.
• Guests can bring balloons for the party room, however, these must be on a string and weight, and brought into store in a bin bag, Confetti cans and sparklers are not permitted on site.
• There is up to a £200 charge for any damage or unauthorized activities caused within our party rooms.
• Bench Buddy Arena does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal belongings brought onto the premises. All vehicles left in the Bench Buddy Arena car park are left at the owners’ risk. Management accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage caused to any vehicles.
• The £60 deposit paid to secure your date is non-refundable.
